Dr. Tih-Fen Ting of the University of Illinois Springfield will join
us remotely to present her team's work on the Illinois Osprey Hacking Program. Osprey are state endangered in Illinois, and since 2014 Dr. Ting and her team have been hacking (raising) osprey chicks at Lake Shelbyville and monitoring the birds there for the species’ recovery. You are sure to learn a lot about this exciting local topic!
