What to Expect at Nature Summer Camp

The Douglas-Hart Foundation's Nature Summer Camps provide a fun, safe place for outdoor exploration, free play, experiments, games, crafts, and more!

EXPERIENCE. UNDERSTAND. APPRECIATE.

Meet the Team

The Douglas-Hart Foundation wants to ensure our campers have a great summer camp experience, so we hire individuals that enjoy being in nature and working with children to be our Summer Camp Instructors. Instructors are then trained to implement environmental education and best practices during camp to connect your children to nature and each other.

Support Summer Camps

We go through a lot of supplies throughout the summer, and our education materials have been well loved over the years and could need an upgrade. Please feel free to purchase an item from our Amazon Wish List. If you prefer to shop local, please do so and drop the item(s) off at the Douglas-Hart Nature Center. We are not particular on brands, quantity, etc. We welcome ALL donations. Thank you!
