Rules and Regulations
- You understand and agree there are no refunds after Friday, July 21.
- You MUST complete the REQUIRED WAIVER before participating.
- You agree to treat everyone with respect, including but not limited to your fellow runners and walkers, volunteers, Douglas-Hart Foundation staff and volunteers, run organizers, local government, etc.
- You agree to conduct yourself in a polite and friendly manner. Disturbances, arguments, foul language, hate speech, etc. will not be tolerated.
- Glow gear and costumes are permitted.
- Your outfit must be all-ages appropriate, whether you’re in costume, casual clothing, or running gear.
- Rough housing is NOT ALLOWED. You will be asked to leave without a refund if you are rough housing, play fighting, fighting, etc.
- You understand that this run is held at night, and participation is at your own risk.
- You agree and understand that the Douglas-Hart Foundation reserves the right to remove you from the 5K Fun Run AT ANY TIME for ANY REASON deemed appropriate by staff. If you are harassing someone, causing a disturbance, your outfit is unsafe, not allowed, or inappropriate, etc. you will be removed without refund. We do not want to remove you. Please simply abide by the rules and treat everyone appropriately!
- You agree and understand that this list of rules and regulations may be changed, altered, added to, etc. at anytime by the Douglas-Hart Foundation.
