Field Trip Grant Opportunities and Financial Assistance

Below are a few field trip grants available to teachers in our area. We do NOT want money and finances to be a factor for field trips. Click the graphic to be taken to the organization's site for more information about each grant opportunity. We STRONGLY recommend looking into the Illinois Biodiversity Field Trip Grant sponsored by the Illinois Department of Natural Resources. Additionally, the Douglas-Hart Nature Center established a Wheels to the Woods fund for local educators. 100% of donations received through this fund are used to fund field trips to the Douglas-Hart Nature Center.
