From food to games to crafts and more, there's something for you!We have tasks that don't fit into a "category." From animal care to weekend hosting, we have something for you!Our volunteers are amazing! We want to recognize all of their hard work and help that they've give us! |
Looking for a way to help but feel more comfortable at home? From sewing to game creation, we have a project just for you.Have a group that wants to give back? We'd love to have them! (This option is currently EXTREMELY limited due to the current situation)With our special projects you can come in once a week around your schedule to work in an area you care about! |
Our conservation staff is taking great steps to make in-person conservation volunteering safe. Come join us!Looking for an internship to do over the summer? Our summer interns make a difference by assisting with summer camps or conservation!Help the public have more access to the Nature Center by watching over it on the weekends while staff is away.We want our volunteers to be safe and know exactly what they're doing. Feel free to check out out volunteer trainings! |

Contact the Volunteer CoordinatorHi, I'm Malina Przygoda, and I am the Volunteer Coordinator for The Douglas-Hart Foundation! I was born and raised in Charleston, so I have some pretty good memories from the Nature Center growing up. Now I get to work here and help families and individuals make memories of their own!
