Weighted Blankets and Floor Cushions
Help make a difference in a child's life as they learn about the environment. These volunteer projects are great for someone who sews (and teaching little ones how to sew). To sign up please click the button below or email email@example.com
This is for educational resources that staff and volunteers (primarily our weekend hosts that watch over the Nature Center for us) can use to answer questions and distribute information to patrons who bring questions into the Nature Center. To get involved please click the button below or email firstname.lastname@example.org
Plant Sale Identification Tags
Our Native Plant Sale is our biggest conservation fundraiser of the year. These plants sale information sheets will help those buying the plants know what they are buying, why they should buy them, and where they should plant them. We have a list of them to get done, but you can do one or all. If you would like to get involved, please click the link below or email email@example.com.
These can be used as education tools as well as for our conservation volunteers to play. Games can be memory, trading cards, or any other game that you would like to create! We can also connect you with a template for memory/flash cards if you would like it. If you would like to get involved, please click the link below or email firstname.lastname@example.org.
Conservation Volunteer Hand Warmers
Our conservation volunteers help us year-round. Although they work in our heated greenhouse some of the winter, there are days in the fall/ winter that they may still be outside. Hand warmers are a great way to help us make sure our volunteers are taken care of well. If you would like to get involved, please click the link below or email email@example.com.
At Home Conservation
These are just extra things for you to do at home to better the environment. No bringing anything in or submitting anything, these are just for you and your family to help make a difference in your home. However, if you would like to email the volunteer coordinator any projects you are doing so we can see how many awesome people are making changes in their home, that'd be great. Definitely not required though. Feel free to also email the volunteer coordinator if you have any questions. We can help you find links, give suggestions and ideas, and help you find information if you need it.
