Summer Volunteer Programs
at the Douglas-Hart Nature Center

Please note that this specific program is not designed for college internship programs. If you are looking for that internship, please click here.

Summer Volunteer Internships are available to students 6th grade and older. Many interns are building their resumes in high school and college. Internships are a valuable opportunity to gain experience in the field of education and environmental science. There are two summer volunteer internship programs for the Douglas-Hart Foundation:
Junior Counselor Internship (JCI) and Conservation Crew Internship (CCI).

Both programs are designed to put the health and safety of everyone first, and to give volunteers productive and resume-building experiences that will hopefully help them in their future endeavors, whatever they may be.
Check out some of our volunteers in action through the years!
We are now accepting applications for both JCI and CCI. If you have any questions please email volunteer@dhnature.org
